We currently offer shipping within the European Union area (EU). Please note that shipping outside the EU is not available at this time.
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you once the order is ready to be shipped. All orders are shipped from Finland using Posti service and then delivered by your local Postal service.
Estimated delivery times:
Finland: 3-7 business days (6-12 business days*)
EU: 3-10 business days (6-15 business days*)
*When making an order that includes large format posters (Size A1/A2) another 3-5 business days will be added to the estimated delivery time.
Please note that estimated delivery times may change or that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending your order size and destination country.
Standard shipping rates:
Baltic (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 9,90€
Free shipping is available in the EU area when order value is over 150€.
Possible import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office of any applicable duties or taxes.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Certain items, such as personalized or customized products are not be eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer Support will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned shipping. Depending on the payment method used for the purchase and, it may take several business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately, providing details and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.
