Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Certain items, such as personalized or customized products are not be eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer Support will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned shipping. Depending on the payment method used for the purchase and, it may take several business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support, and we will work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately, providing details and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.
